Session Fees *

Client agrees to pay photographer a deposit of $100 at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. The balance is due at the time of the session. The fee covers the time and talent of photographer, creative editing of images as determined by the photographer, and a gallery of at least 50 images to be downloaded by client from Anna Garvey Photography. The photographer will choose the best images from the session to edit for the gallery. Re-editing for 5 images is included. Any additional re-editing is available at additional expense to be determined by photographer.

Rescheduling *

Due to the nature of a lifestyle newborn session, rescheduling is only permitted during the first month of life. In the event that the photographer is ill or otherwise not able to photograph the family within the first 14 days of life, the photographer will make every effort to have a suitable experienced photographer on standby to cover the session for her. If for some reason the lifestyle newborn session is not able to take place, the family is welcome to transfer their retainer to another session with the photographer at the full price of that session.

Archive of Session Image *

After twelve (12) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

Copyright and Penalty *

Anna Garvey Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release is included with digital files to print portraits for personal use up to designated size listed on print release. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Anna Garvey Photography during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. Digital images and prints purchased from photographers can only be used for personal use and not for commercial, political, or any for-profit uses. A separate commercial release can be purchased if the images need to be used for anything other than personal use. Sharing on personal social media pages, web pages, or blogs is allowable.
